The height of the Kelston tall toilet is what my spouse needs as we age in place.  Installation was easy and the toilet has worked flawlessly.

I'm 6', mid sixties, and have had one knee surgery and am overdue for another. The switch from a tiny toilet to the tall toilet is a game changer. Love it!

I had the most bad experience with receiving a package ( Kelston Continuous Clean ST two-pice elongated toilet,1.28 gpf K-328200-0) from Kohler.
During the three deliveries of my order 42J27JL I received the products broken inside the boxes.
At this time I still have no tank lid for my toilet because was broken during the deliveries!
I have Customer Care/Case #06375698 open, but I still have not been contacted by Kohler to resolve this situation ( broken product during the deliveries).
I still waiting for my replacement product.
After this badly experience I will stop working with Kohler.

Very bad experience in receiving the product from Kohler! I will stop using Kohler products,I will never recommend using Kohler products to my customers.
I still don’t have the product that I ordered and I already paid for it.
