I paired this seat with a new toilet, Elmbrook K33201, the seat fit perfect and comfortable to seat on it.
it was packaged well. It's just what I need. 
Please, Kohler make this same seat so I can have my hot water hooked up so I can have it warm 
I don't want one with a heated seat, light or deodorized. Just warm water other than this the seat is very nice

This bidet seat fails in both being a seat and being a bidet. 

Good things first.. the seat has an easy off and on function where you can take it off quickly for a good clean underneath and it goes right back on very quickly. It has more wiggle than a standard toilet seat does but I'd say it's an acceptable amount for the benefit provided. Additionally, the seat has a nice slow close and good feet so it never slams and has a good even base. The plastic appears to be durable, and I like how the bidet knob looks and feels to turn. I'm not sure how well the front function of the bidet works as I am not a lady.

The bad is... most of the rest of it. The bidet itself is pathetic. I'm not sure why, but it doesn't have enough power to fully clean like I would typically expect from a bidet spray. It gets off a lot of stuff, but at the end of the day you're going to have to go back and wipe a few times, and use the bidet once more if you really want to get that level of cleanliness you would have with any other bidet. I've used $30 amazon bidets on the same toilet with the same plumbing and had a much better experience getting clean the first time around. Another issue is with the seat. It closes all the time, and I can barely keep it upright half the time. I have this on a Kholer toilet thinking that it would fit well, but if it has wiggled back in place even the tiniest amount (like say, from the force of sitting on it by a person of an average weight) the bottom of the seat lid will bump into the tank and fall forward. It falls forward while I'm sitting on the toilet, while I'm standing upright and peeing, and while I'm cleaning it. It's truly an infuriating experience. When properly positioned the lid just barely stands up, so it will fall over with even small bumps. This is an issue that both I and the other five people in my family have had. 

Finally this one may come more down to personal preference, but if you notice the design the back of the bottom toilet seat is weirdly extended. This toilet seat is raised really high to, I assume, fit in the bidet and easy lift off function. While being lifted high, it also pushes the room that you have forward and cuts off around a quarter of the usable space of your toilet. This means that when you use the toilet you now effectively have a circle bowl toilet because you have so much less room, and when you use the toilet your refuse is going to fall forward in the toilet bowl rather than closer to the hole at the back. This makes the toilet function much worse overall because most of the water is not focused in the front of the bowl, it is focused on the hole in the back. I have to clean this thing all the time because the toilet is incapable of flushing all refuse when it is deposited so far forward. The extra high back makes the seat uncomfortable as well; because of the raised back it has a sharp slope where the back of your bottom sits, making a strange and uncomfortable resting position. 

I have some other minor gripes but this review is long enough. I would not recommend this toilet seat.

The first one I received leaked at the knob where you turn on the bidet feature. After customer service resent another seat we decided to install a full bidet toilet. I called customer service to return the unopened seat. They said they would refund me but could not take the unopened, boxed seat. I told them it was still in their packaging and unopened. Customer service said they would refund the cost and asked if I would donate the seat. It seems strange they didn’t want their unopened product returned. It has been 4 weeks and I have never received the refund.

Leaked and refund issue

I am so excited for my new toilet seat, I had originally the toilet hose that you buy but this is just much better. My kids love to use it, it fit perfectly on my toilet. Make sure you have an elongated toilet for this. The seat is comfortable and durable.

So convenient!

This was a super nice addition to our bathroom! You can tell it’s really good quality and feels very durable. It has both a front and a rear setting.

Very good quality

I have an elongated toilet, and have had to always buy elongated toilet seats and this thing is massive. It said elongated size but I didn’t think I would have to measure as previous seats/bidets have been listed as elongated and fit my toilet size/style. It looks like a huge pain to clean behind the seat mount and overall the spray pattern was fine. I like the dual nozzle setup that is very nice. I just wish it fit better.

Not fitting right for my elongated toilet

I had my plumber install it and it's been working great. The water isn't too cold without a heating element and the various settings are handy. I did't realize the nozzles would need to be replaced periodically and also flushed to keep them clean but not a big issue.

Works very well and really glad I got it

I truly love having a bidet, and this toliet seat makes it easy and convenient to have one. The seat is very easy to install, and its really nice that its one piece.   Simple to clean, and easy to use, even for a novice. Kohler is a respected brand, the toliet is installed it on is a Kohler as well, so as expected it is durable and well working.

Easy to install and use bidet toliet seat

We have an elongated toliet but it was a smidge too short so we had to give it away unfortunately, it’s very good quality and has good potential. Definitely would be a good purchase but make sure to measure your toliet

Very nice but does not fit all elongated toilets

I’m absolutely loving this manual bidet I think that it’s a lot less complicated than some of the ones on the market with all the different buttons and different things to keep track of it. It’s very nice for our guest bathroom just because it is not as complicated.
