Got this cuz it looks great.   Also works perfectly.

Despite Kohler's reputation for quality, after 3 months the handle and faucet body began to get stiff. With much difficulty I managed to get the handle off but could not raise the body off to grease the o-rings.  I called Kohler's help line and explained my predicament to a woman, who had no idea what I was talking about, and she "accidentally" hung up on me. And no, I was not rude to her.  The faucet just seems cheaply made and I regret buying it.

Received this faucet as a replacement for a discontinued faucet that needed replacing.  This faucet, unlike the one it was replacing, felt cheap upon arrival.  The dual action switch from the start could not be set to stay in spray mode.  You had to hold it in that mode.  Then after about 3 months of use, even if you held it in spray mode, it stopped producing a spray at all.  Would not recommend this model.

Disappointing

We were searching for a kitchen faucet that did not have a high profile. Very pleased with this Jolt model. Does not show water marks.
