Great design from a glance and appears to be good quality, however within 2 months the “boost” feature button continuously gets stuck. Within 1 year the cold water inlet is non-functional. I expected far more than what this faucet delivered.

Great design, POOR quality

My designer picked this out for our Reno. We have bought many Kohler faucets/products over the years, as well as pull-down kitchen faucets such as this one. The extra boost button is absolutely worthless!(I even checked with the plumber who installed it to see what the problem was-he suggested I talked to the designer as he had problems with the other 2 Kohler faucets he installed and had to have them replaced.) The designer informed me that what I was experiencing was what was to be expected, &referred me to this website.I said mentioned I’ve had other pull downs that actually have a very noticeable increase in the water spray/pressure when you push the button down. I would not recommend this faucet.

Very, very disappointed.

Replaced a lower end faucet with this one and couldn't be happier. Feels solid and works well. My husband installed it himself and it was no too difficult for him.
